Discuss the significance and applied morbidity of hoarseness in the pediatric population

Identify common causes of hoarseness in children and how the epidemiology in children differs from that of adults

Highlight diagnostic characteristics which may identify laryngeal and surgical pathology in hoarse children

Delineate therapeutic options available, surgical and non-surgical, for hoarseness in the pediatric population

Explain how effective voice screening can be easily implemented in a pediatric practice
