Children's Community Physicians Association (CCPA) is a pediatric-focused independent physician association (IPA). Governed by a member-elected, all physician board of directors, CCPA members are board-certified (or board-eligible) pediatricians and pediatric specialists affiliated with Ann & Robert H. Lurie Childrens Hospital of Chicago.
Covering the greater Chicago metropolitan area and northwest Indiana, CCPA physicians are dedicated to excellence in quality and service, have exceptional skills in diagnosing and treating patients, and are recognized for unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service.
Many of the member practices of CCPA have flourished for several generations and are highly regarded within the greater metropolitan Chicago area medical community.
Our guiding principles
Since 1995, our guiding principles have provided a strong foundation and quality standards that support expansion. At their core, these principles reflect an organization that is:
- Self-governed. Governed by physicians, CCPA operates as an independent organization that is led and supported by its own 14-member board of directors.
- Focused on quality of patient care. CCPA is committed to assisting our members provide the best possible care for their patients. Through our clinical integration initiatives, office preparedness program, and various forums and events focused on the pediatric practice, we help members to be the best in their field.
- Affiliated with Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. CCPA is affiliated with Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and a majority of its members are on the Lurie Children's Medical Staff.
